What Steven Cousley Does

It’s fascinating how fate (if you believe in such things) apparently dumps things right in your lap just at the appropriate moment. I suppose that itself could be a bit of joke by the higher power/s. Over the past couple of days I’ve had some online correspondence from a blonde cousin that I’ve had no contact with for well over 30 years. She was responding to one of the other articles posted on this blog. Today one of the mailing lists I subscribe too sent me this good blonde joke, entirely at random. Well, I was amused, but that’s just my opinion. Here’s the joke :-

A blonde went out to her mail box and looked in, closed the door and went back in the house. A few minutes later she went out and looked in the mail box again. She did this several times and her neighbour who was watching her said “you must be expecting a very important letter today the way you keep looking into your mail box.”
The blonde answered, “No, I am working on my computer and it keeps telling me that I have mail.”

I’ve just paid a visit to a favourite site although I haven’t been there for a while. Essentially the site is an advertisement for  a range of powerful home blenders. The site features videos of their “experiments” attempting to blend all manner of wierd and wonderful objects. Some of the things they actually manage to chew up in their blender are really amazing, some are plain dangerous. Drop in to willitblend.com and see for youself.

Some of the videos I like include blending an iphone, half a dozen Bic lighters (guess how that ends up), a new way to transform transformers, a baseball, glow sticks (pretty), marbles, a coke can smoothie (yes, the whole can) and a Chuck Norris doll (it kicks his arse lol)

If you’ve had a day like me you’ll appreciate a little humour. Try this on…….

A customer was continually bothering the waiter in a restaurant; First, he’d asked that the air conditioning be turned up because he was too hot, then he asked it be turned down cause he was too cold, and so on for about half an hour.
Surprisingly, the waiter was very patient, he walked back and forth and never once got angry. So finally, a second customer asked him why he didn’t throw out the pest.
“Oh I don’t care.” said the waiter with a smile. “We don’t even have an air conditioner.”

Just to balance out the seriousness of the previous post, here’s some lighter Bush moments. He’s a funny guy, whether he means to be or not.

I just have to mention this one. I found the link from a bebo page and the song has been stuck in my head for the past couple of days.
